Thursday Night Opening Reception (+$40.00)

– Each PVTAP 2026 graduate will receive ONE COMPLIMENTARY Thursday Opening Reception ticket regardless of whether they are registered for the pre-meeting course or not.
– The Thursday Opening Reception is included for those registered for the pre-meeting course.
– Those individuals NOT attending the pre-meeting course on Thursday May 21st and wishing to attend the Opening Reception must purchase an additional ticket at a $40 fee
– Additional tickets are also available for partners and spouses

Friday Night Fretz Fundraiser for Additional Guests (+$40.00)

– ALL registrations include ONE Fretz Night Fundraiser Ticket

Saturday Night Gala for Additional Guests (+$150.00)

No refunds will be made after April 24th, 2026, and there will be no refunds for No-Shows. Annual Meeting registration cancellation refund deadlines remain in effect regardless of any situations that may arise during the attendees’ travel
